13 SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses an SSL and/or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your address line.

If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

14 Cookies

15 Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

These data are not merged with other data sources.

These data are recorded on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the presentation and optimisation of his website, free of technical errors - the server log files must be recorded for this.

16 Matomo

This website uses the open source web analytics service Matomo. Matomo uses technologies that allow the cross-page recognition of the user for the analysis of user behavior (eg cookies or device fingerprinting). The information collected by Matomo about the use of this website is stored on our server. The IP address is anonymized before storage.

With the help of Matomo, we are able to collect and analyze data üabout the use of our website by website visitors. This allows us to find out, among other things, when which page views were made and from which region they come. In addition, we collect various log files (eg IP address, referrer, browser used and operating systems) and can measure whether our website visitors perform certain actions (eg clicks, purchases, etc.).

The use of this analysis tool is based on Art. 6 para 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymized analysis of user behavior in order to optimize its website. If a corresponding consent was requested (e.g. consent to store cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Hosting

We host Matomo exclusively on our own servers, so all analytics data remains with us and is not shared.

17 OpenStreetMap

We use the map service from OpenStreetMap (OSM). The provider is the Open-Street-Map Foundation (OSMF), 132 Maney Hill Road, Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands, B72 1JU, United Kingdom.

If you visit a website on which OpenStreetMap is integrated, your IP address and further information about your behaviour on this website will be forwarded to the OSMF. For this, OpenStreetMap may save cookies in your browser. These are text files that are stored on your computer and that enable an analysis of your use of the website. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent.

Your location can also be recorded if you enable this in your device settings, e.g. on your cell phone. The provider of this page has no influence on this data transmission. Details can be found in the data protection declaration of OpenStreetMap under the following link: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Privacy_Policy.

OpenStreetMap is used to ensure the attractive presentation of our online offers and to easily locate the places we have indicated on the website. This represents a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
