Our team currently consists of over 275 dedicated employees, a large proportion of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years. This means that most of our team members not only have a great deal of practical experience in projects, but also work safely in accordance with the principles and structure of IMF for the benefit of our customers. To ensure comprehensive advice and effective project management, Ingenieurgesellschaft Meinhardt Fulst has all the core competencies required for planning and construction in its team. All specialist skills are available at each IMF | location, so that projects are handled completely independently by the respective location.

A likeable mix

With over 275 employees, talking about one identity sounds difficult at first. In the case of IMF, however, it does. What sets us apart and therefore unites us is our diversity. Our teams are made up of both young and experienced colleagues.

Mixed project teams - same contact persons

Organizationally, the teams are put together at the start of the project in such a way that the project is supported by the same contacts from the start of planning to acceptance. If necessary, skills and capacities for special topics or major projects are brought together across locations in a targeted manner and bundled in project areas at the locations. This creates efficient units for special challenges.
