We attach great importance to the individual development of our trainees and support you in achieving your personal and professional goals.

During your training with us, you will not only gain theoretical knowledge, but also practical experience.
You will work on real projects and be able to put your skills to the test.

Promoting young talent

Since 1994, over 150 trainees have successfully completed their vocational training as "technical system planners" with us. Most of our trainees remain with us directly as technical system planners or are available to us again after further training as technicians or studying. This commitment enables us to meet our aim of promoting young talent and to always have access to well-trained specialists when it comes to filling a new permanent position.
