Location Bad Harzburg

In 2018, we gained our eighth and, for the time being, youngest location with our office in Bad Harzburg. The "young" here does not refer to the venerable historical façade of the building, but rather to the dynamism of the team.

Carsten Schrader

Authorized signatory Carsten Schrader has been with the company since 2011 and is site manager in Bad Harzburg. After 7 years as a gas and water fitter and successful further training as a state-certified HVAC technician, he now works for IMF. His focus is on office and project organization as well as MEPC & HVAC planning. He supports the management in the areas of training and strategic orientation.

Kevin Niestrop

Kevin Niestrop has been working as a planner and project manager at IMF since 2018. As an experienced electrical engineer, he brings extensive specialist knowledge and a strong commitment to the team and our projects. He has been managing the Bad Harzburg site together with Carsten Schrader since 2024.

Villa Victoria

The "Villa Victoria", also known as "The White House" among Bad Harzburg residents and tourists, is located directly at the valley station of the Burgberg cable car. The building has been renovated to a high standard and offers an ideal working atmosphere with its modern interior.
