Location Bad Harzburg

In 2018, we gained our eighth and, for the time being, youngest location with our office in Bad Harzburg. The "young" here does not refer to the venerable historical façade of the building, but rather to the dynamism of the team.

Florian Schrader

Florian Schrader has been with IMF since 2016. Starting in 2026, he will co-manage the Bad Harzburg office with Kevin Niestrop. He is passionate about planning building services and utility systems.

Kevin Niestrop

Kevin Niestrop has been working at IMF as a planner and project manager since 2018. As an experienced electrical engineer, he brings extensive expertise and a strong commitment to the team and our projects. He has been managing the Bad Harzburg office since 2024.

Villa Victoria

The "Villa Victoria", also known as "The White House" among Bad Harzburg residents and tourists, is located directly at the valley station of the Burgberg cable car. The building has been renovated to a high standard and offers an ideal working atmosphere with its modern interior.
