Hanover location

In 2014, another IMF location was established in Lower Saxony's state capital. From here, a team of over 30 people works on the most diverse facets of building services engineering.
The main focus is on the planning of commercial spaces, residential buildings and public buildings.

Philipp Sterling

Philipp Sterling works as a consulting engineer for the Lower Saxony Chamber of Engineers and has managed our Hanover office since 2022. In addition to his extensive experience in the planning of HVAC systems, his specialist knowledge includes the assessment of drinking water systems (VDI 6023) and HVAC systems (VDI 6022).

Between Maschsee, Eilenriede and the expressway

We welcome our clients and partners in the heart of Hanover (Döhren/Waldhausen district) in the immediate vicinity of the Maschsee lake. Colleagues and clients can reach us quickly and easily thanks to the excellent public transportation connections, the Messeschnellweg and the A2/A7 freeways.
