- Head of IMF | Location
- Management of our team at the Brunswick site with currently 42 qualified and committed colleagues for planning, construction management and CAD design
- Management of employees as well as recruitment and personnel development interviews
- Project acquisition and personnel deployment planning
- Independent project management and coordination
- Active and targeted collaboration in the respective planning and project teams
- Technical advice and support for clients and architects
Profile
- Completed studies or technical training in energy and building technology or supply engineering
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Empathy, social skills and strong communication skills
- Reliability and quality awareness
- Customer-orientation
- Commitment and willingness to learn and the ability to organise yourself
- Confident handling of common Office programmes
- Business fluent in German
