Renovation of 13,000 m of drinking water pipes

Building complex consisting of 4 components (approx. 5,000 m² gross floor area)

Separation of the extinguishing water system from the drinking water

Refurbishment of over 1000 taps and two drinking water heaters with a total output of 840 kW

Replacement of all emergency showers in the L-building (80 units)

Renovation of the cooling pipes for the server room with approx. 250 m of pipework

Renovation of the ventilation system with 250 fire dampers and connection to the BMS

Fire protection refurbishment of existing pipework (heating, compressed air, vacuum, demineralised water and non-combustible technical gases)
