In 2014, another IMF location was established in Lower Saxony's state capital. From here, a team of over 30 works on the most diverse facets of building technology. The main focus is on the planning of commercial areas, residential buildings and public sector buildings.
Having been with the company from the beginning, Elmar Sander used his extensive expertise to develop the site into an established planning office for technical building equipment in Hanover. Office and project organization, the planning of HVAC trades and the conceptual design of geothermal plants are among his areas of responsibility.
Philipp Sterling works as a consulting engineer for the Lower Saxony Chamber of Engineers and has been managing our Hanover site together with Elmar Sander since 2022. In addition to his extensive experience in the planning of HVAC trades, his special knowledge includes the evaluation of drinking water systems (VDI 6023) and air handling systems (VDI 6022).
We welcome our customers and partners in the heart of Hanover (Döhren/Waldhausen district) in the immediate vicinity of the Maschsee lake. Quick and convenient accessibility for colleagues and customers is provided by the very good public transport connection, the trade fair expressway and the A2/A7 freeways.
