In 2018, we gained our eighth and, for the time being, youngest location with our office in Bad Harzburg. The term "young" does not refer to the venerable historical façade of the building, but to the dynamism of the team.
Authorised signatory Carsten Schrader has been with the company since 2011 and is site manager in Bad Harzburg. After 7 years as a gas and water fitter and successful further training as a state-certified HVAC technician, he is working for IMF. His main focus is on office and project organisation as well as the planning of technical building equipment. He supports the management in the areas of training and strategic orientation.
Directly at the valley station of the Burgberg cable car is the "Villa Victoria", which is also known as "The White House" by Bad Harzburg residents and tourists. The building has been renovated to a high standard and offers an ideal working atmosphere with its modern interior.
