- Optimisation of facility management services (e.g. management concepts, maintenance strategies, service level agreements, etc.)
- Carrying out tenders for technical and infrastructural facility management services, including the preparation of tender documents
- Preparation of documentation guidelines
- Creation of measurement and counting concepts
- Carrying out profitability analyses
Profile
- Completed studies or qualification as a state-certified technician m|w|d
- Passionate interest in all project phases | service phases of the HOAI
- Several years of professional experience as a project manager or specialist planner
- Willingness to learn and the ability to organise yourself
- Confident handling of common calculation tools and Office programmes
- Goal- and result-orientated
- Business fluent in German
