New trainees, career starters, some career changers and, in particular, a whole host of experienced project managers, planners and site managers have chosen IMF over the past 12 months. Getting to know each other, a detailed company presentation and a direct exchange with Gerald Fulst and Carsten Baumann were on the agenda for our new IMF employees on 13 November at Drübeck Monastery.
Our annual WELCOME EVENT is an integral part of our onboarding programme, which we are continuously developing and improving. The feedback we receive during and after the event reinforces our commitment to what we do - IMF is a family business with a model character.
