To ensure comprehensive consulting and effective project management, the Meinhardt Fulst engineering company retains all the core competencies required for planning and construction in-house. At every IMF | All specialist skills are available in-house at all of our branches, allowing different sites to oversee projects completely independently.
In terms of organisation, the teams are picked at the start of the project to ensure that the same contact person is available from the start of planning right up to acceptance.
If necessary, competencies and capacities are brought together across branches to address special topics or for major projects, and bundled on the project areas of the different branches. This allows us to deploy powerful units to meet extraordinary challenges.
Our team currently consists of over 250 committed employees, a large proportion of whom have been with the company for more than 10 years. Most of our team members not only have extensive practical experience in the project, but also work safely in the interests of our customers according to the principles and structure of IMF. This allows everyone to rely on each other at all times.
Since 1994, more than 100 trainees have successfully completed their vocational training as “Technical System Planners” with us. Our trainees usually remain with us afterwards as technical system planners or return to us again after further training as technicians or after studying further.
This commitment shows we live up to our aspiration to promote the next generation and can always rely on well-trained specialists when it comes to filling new, permanent positions.
The continuous further qualification of our employees is a matter of course and is prioritised accordingly.
We also support students among others at the OSTFALIA University of Applied Sciences in Wolfenbüttel and are partners for the practical phases of the dual degree in energy and building technology.
After an induction phase, we integrate graduates and young professionals directly into our project teams and offer them individual focus areas and their own areas of responsibility.
