Under the heading "Vacancies" you will find our current job applications. If a position particularly appeals to you, you can apply with a short cover letter and current resume at email@example.com.
We will confirm receipt of your application as soon as possible. If you do not receive a confirmation, it could be that the e-mail accidentally ended up in your spam folder.
Once your application has been successfully submitted, it will be carefully and individually reviewed by our HR department and the responsible site management. If your profile matches the advertised position and our company, we will usually get back to you within 10 to 15 working days and invite you to a personal meeting
The interview gives both sides the opportunity to get to know each other. You have the opportunity to convince us of your expertise, previous experience and motivation. In addition, we will introduce our company and answer your questions about the respective job, development opportunities, our work culture or other topics. We will also give you a first impression of the working environment and possible colleagues.
After the introductory meeting, a short feedback meeting will take place the following week, according to the respective agreement. If you have convinced us, we will make you an attractive contract offer - now it's up to you, you just have to say "yes"!
In your first weeks you will go through our onboarding process. This will introduce you quickly and confidently to your new tasks, familiarize you with internal processes and enable you to establish contact with new colleagues. A cross-site "Welcome Day" with all new employees of the year rounds off your introduction at IMF.
