Tasks

• Independent project handling - coordination/control/supervision - according to the LPH of the HOAI
• Preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents
• Active and goal-oriented cooperation in the respective planning and project teams
• Technical consulting and support of clients and architects

 

Profile

• Completed studies or degree as a state certified technician
• Passionate interest in all project phases/performance phases of HOAI
• Willingness to learn and the ability to organize oneself
• Sure handling of common calculation tools and office programs
• Target and result oriented
