Tasks

• Location management
• Leading our team at the Vienenburg site with currently 35 qualified and committed colleagues for planning, construction management and CAD design
• Conducting staff interviews as well as recruitment and personnel development interviews
• Project acquisition and personnel planning
• Independent project management and coordination
• Active and goal-oriented collaboration in the respective planning and project teams
• Technical advice and support for clients and architects

 

Profile

• Completed studies or training as a technician in energy and building technology, electrical engineering or supply engineering
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• Empathy, social competence and strong communication skills
• Reliability and quality awareness
• Customer orientation
• Willingness to work and learn and the ability to organise yourself
• Confident handling of common office programmes
