We have 65 employees who have been with us for more than 10, 15 or 20 years. We are particularly proud of each and every one of our old hands and their combined 1000 years of experience.
As a thank you, we celebrated our Old Hands Event on Friday, 9 June 2023, on the Harburg near Wernigerode. After a joint hike to the summit, wonderfully chilled refreshing drinks, a tour of the Harzburg, great panaroma views between the Harzer Brocken and Wernigerode, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious barbecue buffet provided by the Harburg team. The highlight of the event was the awarding of the golden Hare trophies to honour our IMF | Old Hares.
