Tasks

Independent project handling - coordination/control/supervision - according to the LPH of the HOAI
Preparation of bills of quantities and tender documents
Active and goal-oriented cooperation in the respective planning and project teams
Technical consulting and support of clients and architects

Profile

Completed studies or degree as a state-certified technician
Passionate interest in all project phases / HOAI service phases
Willingness to learn and the ability to organize oneself
Sure handling of common calculation tools and office programs
Target and result oriented
